At the Australian Hair & Scalp Clinic we have been promoting the use of “before” and “after” photo comparison for more than 20 years. In fact, we believe photo comparison is vital right through your hair regrowth journey to clearly show you the improvements that you have achieved with treatment.

A common story among hair loss sufferers is that they used a particular product for a couple of months and then stopped because they believed they hadn’t achieved any results. We have also had this feedback from some of our clients in the early stages of our regrowth programs. Of course, after we recommend them to have a professional photo comparison, more often than not, the improvement is clear to see.

In our opinion photo comparison should be an essential element of every hair regrowth treatment as it gives clients the visual evidence they need to accurately judge the treatments effectiveness. Often clients, (and their family and friends) cannot remember their hair condition before starting treatment. So after a period of treatment it becomes almost impossible for them to see any improvement because they don’t have an initial reference point. The “before” photo in our photo comparison check provides this.

This seminar will also outline the methodology used in our professional photo comparison technique, including the types of photos images we use as well as where and how we take them. This information is intended to educate hair loss sufferers on the importance of checking the effectiveness of any hair loss treatment with the use of high resolution and magnified photos.
